Stefan Nikolic is the Founder of theCONSULTUM, a multidisciplinary consultancy built on a simple principle: combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver real, measurable outcomes.

With a background in financial services and fintech, media, education and non-profit sectors while often collaborating with the government partners, Stefan has built a career leading complex transformation initiatives, governance frameworks, and large-scale change programmes across international organisations. His experience spans project and change management, regulatory delivery, operational optimisation, and business structuring, often in high-pressure, high-stakes environments where precision and accountability are critical.

Founded in 2009, theCONSULTUM was created to offer a more flexible, integrated approach to consulting. Rather than operating as a traditional firm, it combines a core leadership team with a trusted network of specialists across multiple jurisdictions, including Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, Serbia, Isle of Man and beyond.

 

This model allows the business to remain agile, scalable, and highly responsive to client needs.
